I’ve been using Tiffany Rothe’s workout videos for two years now I think. They are great! My muscles always feel sore the next day. Normally I get bored really easily, but these videos of Tiffany are always a fun and helpful way to tighten everything up.

I think the next one is the best one (for me). It is for the waist-area. Whenever I do a routine of 30 minutes 3 times a week and I’ll fit the ‘shaking you waist-video’ in it every time, I always loose inches around the waist, so I’m really happy I found out about Tiffany through a friend!
